Claims Review

All claims for returns, replacements, or undelivered items are reviewed by Terry In Texas DTF.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our Products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we offer the following exceptions:

Manufacturing Defects

We will reprint any order that contains printing or production errors attributable to Terry In Texas DTF. To qualify for a replacement:

  • Transfers must be unused
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Original items must be returned as directed
  • Shipping Issues

    The shipping carrier ("Carrier") assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs after shipment. In these cases:

  • Customers must file claims directly with the Carrier
  • Terry In Texas DTF is not responsible for reshipping orders
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for Carrier-related issues
  • Refund Process

    When a refund is approved:

  • Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
